To give this 1 star is too kind. I was a regular at this location for over 3 years. Several times I went in and people who both came in after me and did not do any reservation or check in online got haircuts before me (which is a terrible practice if it is same day “reservation” because it just angers the people in the shop). When one is the second in the shop they should not have to wait for half a dozen people to go in front of them. Bad business practices for an already overpriced haircut. I will never patronize this business again. Customer beware!

I walked into this store with my boys who were getting their hair cuts for school The Manager Amanda proceeded to walk up to me and stated That me and my PRECIOUS BOYS DIDNT HAVE TO WEAR OUR MASK IN THERE STORE BECAUSE SHE WAS VACCINATED,AND IT MADE HER FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! I WAS APPAULED BY HER COMMENT AND THE DISCONCERN FOR ME AND MY BOYS SAFETY AND WELL BEING!!!! I WONT BE RETURNING AND YES IM REPORTING THIS TO OUT CITY COUNCIL
